So very sad to learn that the world lost Ken Stevens yesterday. I am so thankful I had the chance to know and work with him, even though it was only for a short time while interning at the Muskegon Chronicle.
Aside from being a wonderful photographer, I have never met someone who was so passionate about his work and cared so much about the people around him. Working with Ken, Cory and Kendra was one of the most inspiring experiences of my life.
The journalism realm has lost an exceptional photographer, and the world an extraordinary human being.
